To access Premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Premium Subscription

• Premium plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access any part of the service you are not authorised to access
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated tools to access the platform in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SproutedStocks — including text, design, logos, and software — is owned by SproutedStocks or its contributors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of it without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Data

Stock price data is sourced from Yahoo Finance and other third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in third-party data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SproutedStocks and its team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including any financial losses resulting from investment decisions made based on our content or tools.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
